Why is business so stressful?

I asked myself one day after coming out of my rut.

As a life coach with a budding business, I struggled to make “business” happen. I was having a hard time finding clients and when I did, I had a hard time selling to them. When this continued, I lost confidence in my ability to market and sell my coaching. I took courses and joined programs to improve my coaching and selling skills but I always felt like I was missing “something”. What was I missing?


I spent a lot of time contemplating the question “what am I missing?” and I arrived at my answer: a system of foundational knowledge and the practice of business using the knowledge. And that’s what I created: a library of videos containing foundational knowledge and a way to practice the knowledge in the form of solving 3 specific problems.
